In October, 36 people were ‘extremely likely’ to recommend the surgery with 6 likely, one neutral, one unlikely and 6 “extremely unlikely” to recommend us.

The doctors have reviewed the patient feedback for October and thank everyone for their mostly positive comments. They said there will soon be more doctor appointments available as they were creating extra "winter pressures" appointments.
They acknowledged that many of the negative comments concerned disruption to appointments due to an unprecedented period of staff sickness. Unfortunately, the NHS is now so stretched that there is no spare capacity to provide instant cover when clinical staff fall ill.
