From 18:30 to 08:00 all calls to the surgery are automatically transferred to NHS 111.

This service is designed to make it easier for you to access local NHS services quickly. You can ring NHS 111 when the surgery is closed or during the day to get medical help or advice fast.  

Hospital A&E departments are there for emergencies at any time of day

Before you go to A&E make sure it's the right place to be treated.

A&E is for serious injury, illness or emergency requiring immediate treatment including:

Life or limb-threatening injuries

Serious head injuries

Chest pain

Severe stomach pains

Heavy bleeding

Broken limbs

Choking

Breathing difficulties

Loss of consciousness

Acute confused state or fits that are not stopping
